Thanks for Your support Hotwolf, however that Trade situation DID happen and One has to assume that possibly some One close to RCP is watching RCP on H.C. and possibly other Sites.
I think that type of situation would make for an interesting Headline on possibly the Fin. Review, because it would show that the A.S.X. could be letting a lot of things go without Question or review to this Stage.
