I would have thought any POSSIBILITY of Ur at the S36 anomaly would have been mentioned at the time this hole was reported Sagem.

There is a REMOTE possibility that they might have kept this kind of news under their collective hats,as at the time of reporting they were going through the throws of the unit issue preparation and issues tend to like to see strength in the sp,not outright spiking,which is what they would have got if they had even mentioned Ur at this time.Ur was all the rage early to mid 2007 as the Ur price was hammering.

This is not to say that there isnt any Ur there but a Ur signature does not a Ur deposit make and the lack of any result in S36 pretty much says this imho.

The new drill campaign at Mumbwa's S36 should be extensive enough to tell us exaclty whats there and give us a rough idea of just how much too.

MUMBWA PROJECT UPDATE

AIM is in the process of engaging a drilling contractor to supply three core drilling rigs, with mobilisation planned for the second half of August. The Phase 2 programme will entail 10,000m of core drilling in 15 holes, with depths ranging from 600m to 800m, to test the continuity of the anomaly along strike and at depth. A comprehensive sampling and geochemical programme from split core is planned and will probably exceed 4000 samples.
