Yep have to agree comodities and specs are strongly linked. This is also the case with strong balance sheets eg BHP and RIO.
Once PEN has a cashflow, then the link ot comodities is not as strong er SP. Yes if U308 contract price drops then cashflow is reduced and SP retracts.
Some big buyers of yellow cake are really laughing all the way to the bank long term, no facts just hindsight with other comodities.
