Everything you asked is answered in this short, recent presentation right here. From about 10:40 until 11:18.

TLDR: This presso shows those numbers. Their target is 1.2million lbs a year for twelve years, and they currently have that. They are doing year round drilling and will be presenting an updated resource estimate by the end of the year (from this presentation). They aren't interested in upgrading the size of the source ASAP, because they have what they need to get going. Their main focus is on getting the FRT happening and the feasibility study up and completed, so they can begin getting the stuff out of the ground. They will continue to drill and update along the way.
