Genuine question, not trying to poke holes in people's theories etc:
This is the first I've heard of the Kazaks pumping supply to depress price and increase market share...why is this only now appearing as an explanation? Could they really turn the dial a little and cause prices to shoot back to $30?
Also, does anyone know how much U308 a reactor needs per annum per mega watt?
