If a company can lay off staff and cut costs by 24% with no impact on its day to day operations,the question needs to be asked,why was the place allowed to be overstaffed,and costs 24% higher than nessesary in the first place???Everytime i see a company announce this i wonder the same thing.......never seen an analyst smart enough to ask a ceo the question though!!!!
