uranium price v carbon price

I cant help myself by offering this subject as an aside to SHE specifics for the moment. You could argue that it should be directed at a more Uranium general forum, however in the scheme of things I feel it is very pertinent to our current sector downturn and thus, our price.
With an election looming, I am surprised that we havent heard more from the Australian Pro Uranium Lobbyist.
Sure, we are being flooded with vote winning last minute "decisive action" to choke the throats of people smugglers and once again the Carbon price is starting to get some media realestate. But, I honestly believe 95% of voters dont actuallty understand a cubic foot of the carbon "issue". How dangerous for our climate is the use of fossil fuels? How dangerous is the use of uranium for energy....?
What is the real agenda here? Does it actually have anything to do with the safety and efficacy of either energy source?
BTW... nice to see some momentum building.....
