yes I doubt Heathgate would continue preparations if it was not serious about production. Fundamentally the stock has positivies: a great deposit; and a large top 20 shareholders who to date have been loyal.
If management or anyone in the top 20 wanted to screw the small shareholders and buy AGS cheap as has been suggested they would only have to dump their stock on market to create panic.
The court cases are a huge overhang and if negative would prove a disaster so that is a big fundamental negative. The price of U as you point out is also a negative but I am more confident of this picking up than the court decisions.
Technically the stock is not pretty (actually really ugly). This is just reflecting the negatives of the fundamentals and uncertainty attached to the timing of production.
