omc directors into mru next to wmt IMHO this take over has been "in the works" for some time. OMC spun out Mantra "MRU" recently which contains some of OMC hottest U properties. IF you want to learn more read their recent MRU prospectus. They have a very large lease holdings next to WMT where they have very high U values over large areas (much larger than WMT's)
