A big rise in the price of the SPUT last week:
SPUT price on Feb 22 was C$10.95 and on Feb 25 C$12.47 (rise of 13%) - i guess this is due to Ukrainian situation. Pressure will also be on enrichment and conversion since a lot of world supplies come through the Russian Rosatom plant at Angarsk. Despite uranium currently being exempt from sanctions (IMO likely to be included soon) it will be very difficult to transact if Russia is kicked out of SWIFT and will probably overwhelm Orano and Urenco facilities when (and if) an alternative route for Kazatomprom U3O8 if found (it's bound to cause major disruption to supplies).
