Yes, i agree that Silex may not be generally on the uranium bulls list yet. Although I don't know that I would favour Centrus as a fuel cycle play. If you have a look at what they have contracted for with the operation of the Doe's American Centrifuge over the next ten years, i think it is only a cost plus incentive payment. Very low risk for them, but I cant see how they can capture full margin in a rising market. I believe Zog posted some info on Centrus's agreement recently. It got me digging around, and yep, it looked like a pretty ordinary deal to me.
