An interesting article on the gas crisis in Europe and the need to remove the Russian blackmail threat (been obvoius for some time but Ukraine has brought it into focus).

Not mentioned in the article is the role of nuclear energy but you can be assured that France and Eastern Europe will make sure it's a big consideration for the long term energy security in Europe - renewables alone simply do not provide a resilient solution. I also have seen some discussion that Germany now needs to halt its nuclear closures. Will also be a lot of pressure on halting (or reducing) Russian uranium supplies and enrichment.
