There may be some industry-wide temporary exuberance flowing from the NRA's announcement but this is likely to wane once the reality sets in that there are still very high hurdles to cross before even one plant is turned back on.
Still can't see a decent (i.e. seller-friendly) contract being finalized this year. But prospects should be much improved by about this time next year.
