Ideally, if a country is prepared to use U308, then they should be prepared to manage the waste. However, in some countries it is not possible. For example, Japan is earthquake prone.

Hence, if a country (Australia) is prepared to sell U308 then the country should be prepared to manage the waste of countries that cannot. U308 waste management could become a huge money spinner for Australia that benefits all Australians, not to mention the benefits the whole planet gets thru halting global warming via nuclear power. Its not going to happen with wind power and solar panels, trust me I know electricity.
