I have pasted two articles on Cauldron.

The reason I have done this is not to cross promote but to show that ADD maybe sitting on some valuable leases.

    Cauldron Energy leases:
    Leases EL3510 and EL3557

is next door to ADD's EL3620.

Cauldron Energy steps up Marree uranium exploration

Cauldron Energy Ltd says it has stepped up exploration activities at its Marree uranium project in South Australia, as part of the $6.2 million joint venture between Cauldron and its Korean partners KORES, Daewoo and LG International (earning an aggregate 50% by funding $A6.2 million in exploration over three years, beginning this year).

Cauldron has started a 4,000m drilling program, targeting mineralisation similar to the high grade Beverley Four Mile deposit located southeast of Marree. The project area includes the Tertiary Eyre and Namba Formations, host to several sedimentary roll front uranium occurrences including the Beverley and Honeymoon Well uranium deposits and the high grade uranium mineralisation at Beverley Four Mile.

Cauldron Energy extends uranium mineralisation at Marree Project: Wednesday, July 21, 2010

    proactiveinvestors.com.au

Cauldron Energy (ASX: CXU) has extended and enhanced the uranium discovery made by the company in October 2009 at its Marree Uranium Project in South Australia, as a result of a recent drilling program.

The recent drilling at the Blanchewater Prospect identified a two kilometre-long, northeast trending zone of uranium mineralisation, between 400-800 metres wide, associated with an interpreted redox front within the Eyre Formation.

Significant results from this area include 0.60m at 180 ppm eU3O8, up to a peak of 245 ppm, within broad zones (up to 20m) of anomalous uranium.

The company has an "aggressive" fully funded exploration program proposed for 2010.

The Marree Uranium Project is part of the $6.2 million Joint Venture between Cauldron, the Korean Government KORES, Daewoo and LG International, and planning and approvals are underway for a further 5,000 metres of drilling.

Cauldron said the drilling results have confirmed "the northern side of the Mt Babbage and Mt Painter Inliers as a region favourable for uranium mineralisation, with an exploration potential similar to the area which hosts the world class uranium deposits at Beverley and Beverley Four Mile."

The Marree uranium project, located 550km north of Adelaide, comprises five Exploration Licences in the Eromanga Basin adjacent to the uranium-rich Mount Babbage Inlier.

The Korean participants at can earn up to an aggregate 50 percent interest in the Marree Project by funding AUD$6.2M of exploration activities over three years and exploration activities commenced in mid-2009.

Exploration drilling completed during the first year of the joint venture identified anomalous uranium mineralisation over 12 km across widths up to 4 km at the Blanchewater prospect.

Drilling returned a number of significant results, including 0.60 metres at 180 ppm eU3O8, up to a peak of 245 ppm in hole MAMR052, along with significant widths (up to 20 m) of anomalous uranium in variably reduced and oxidised lignitic sandstones and clays.

This work has highlighted the potential of the Project to be "a fertile environment for uranium deposition."

The recent drilling returned a number of significant intersections including 0.75m at 143 ppm eU3O8 within broader zones (up to 20m) of anomalous uranium.

A further 9 holes for 1,027 metres were completed at the Spring Creek prospect in the south eastern part of the Marree Project.

The drilling targeted uranium mineralisation within Parabarana Sandstone which directly overlies the granites and uraniferous source rocks of the Mt Babbage Inlier in close proximity to basement faults and shear zones (Emu Fault Zone).

The broadly spaced drilling on 1km by 1km spacings tested a small section, approximately four kilometres long, of the Parabarana Sandstone to the north of the Emu Fault Zone. However, due to the reduced nature of the target sediment no anomalous uranium was identified in this part of the Spring Creek Fault Zone.

Cauldron has 88.7 million ordinary shares, 13.2 million unlisted options and a market capitalisation of $22 million (@25c).

I am not sure how close and if the mineralization runs into ADD'd leases but it shows what might happen.

Will the coal be used to explore the prospects in SA ???
