Well it seems looking at the U sector this morning that everything seems to be moving north except for PEN. PDN, BKY, and UUL all on fire and according to UUL's response to it price rise it noted;

"3. United Uranium is not aware of any explanation for the price change and increase in
volume but has been made aware this morning that an investor newsletter published
recently by Port Phillip Publishing Pty Ltd titled “Diggers and Drillers” reported
favourably on the uranium market in general and ongoing discussions with potential partners."

To me it looks like a Joe Blow has bought up a few PEN in recent times and is trying to unload them very aggresivly, or as mentioned before someone is trying to short PEN very hard. Dumper getting chomped at now, but how long till PEN follows the rest of the sector? Surely will bounce from this level and when it does it again like it did last week it will bounce harder than last time imo.
