EMA is my pick:
The company has a fully diluted mkt. cap. of ~A$70m, or ~US$0.44/lb U3O8 based on the historic, non-JORC resource. If the 100mlb target can be converted to JORC status soon, EMA should be well over $1, not many sellers at the moment.
