It's both, from point 3:

"relevant interest arising as a result of acquiring shares on the asx" x13

"relevant interest arising as a result of exercising options" x1

I don't remember the rule off the top of my head but it's something like only being required to submit new notices when they change their holdings by 1%, so all of those purchases are old but hadn't been previously disclosed, hence being included in this notice. (The exact rule can be found in the listing rules on the asx site for anyone interested).
