There'll be an update on US inventories in early May - pundits reckon they are below 2 years for the first time in a long long time - time will tell.
I believe the general wisdom is that the longer a mine is on C&M the longer it'll take to come out. IIRC PDN have estimated 18 months for LHM? But that includes optimisations and Vanadium work too.
I think Kazakstan will be able to ramp back up pretty quickly but Cameco may take a bit longer.
