As I understand, the spot price is moving in a cyclical fashion. In last cycle it bottomed at $36.50 in last week of September and in the previous cycle it bottomed at $35.25 in first week of August. Hope it does not go below $36.50 this time. If it does not, IMO it is inching up. DYOR though.
