You need to remember equities often lead the commodity as was the case of gold recently . I look at Uranium ETF and Cameco SP as a guide. Both of these were up on Friday and cameco closed at 19 dollars . The uranium spot although important is not the only variable.
It is very possible I am convincing myself that my views are a reality ,but I have a strong view that the Chinese will gobble up PDN sooner than later. A 600m outlay for a large U producer with KM waiting to kick in a very decent future projects in my view will be to tempting strategically for them. If I was the Chinese govt I would be acting now , and I am confident they will
