PDN continue to make few if any references to Bigrlyi....this is not an accident.
they want the asset but are going to play it as quietly as they can to keep it cheap.
on FSN they are buying the cash on the balance sheet for paper and securing some ground. pretty much costing them nothing so its hard to argue with the deal whether you are a PDN or FSN holder.
