Hi Gero, you have all the good finds. Very interesting to see that Stephen Dattals who is selling 10% of his EXT holding through Polo, is increasing his holding in Polo so as to firm up his company vote in favour for the EXT sale, only to pay himself back in a special 3 cent divvy when the sale goes through.
Not really working in the best of interests of shareholders in my view. Cant say we will miss him off the board of EXTRACT.
