Hey capt,
I have a great idea.
Let's buy control of ERN Erongo, with help from all the Bannerman Boys.
That can't cost more than a few Million.
We then make a takeover bid for BMN at $20.00 a share, so we all make a ton of money selling our BMN.
We then issue more paper of Erongo to pay off the takeover debt.
It will add a ton of shares, but since we have control, we still would have a big stake in the combined companies, which of course would contain the BMN deposits.
It would be like selling BMN to ourselves for a ton of cash and keeping the deposits of BMN.
Just dreaming of course.
