Personally I think the turnaround is now. A confirmation that Sendai will restart is the news the uranium bulls have been waiting for. There was a good chance that Japanese bureaucracy was going to delay this but now confirmation is in that all systems are go. Even I was worried that this wouldn't be the case now.
On one hand, one rector means little regarding demand. On the other, this is all about sentiment. It also means that there is less chance that Japan dumps uranium inventory on the open market.
