not necessarily after a long term down trend 12 years from a high of $140 lb the bull run in the bubble phase could push the price of U to $300 lb if you remember gold hit $850 in 1980 and the 20 year down trend till late 1999 the price hit a low of $250 and from there the price went as high as $1800 so in the bubble phase of a bull run it can always double its previous high in this game nothing surprises ?
