That is not the best way to sell 10m shares so the dude is a Muppet or he's simply loading up the sell side and forcing people to sell into his orders at 2.1.
It's pretty obvious to me and you'll notice that whenever some buy volume starts to push through, or news is released, the big sell orders will be removed.
I'm looking at you ASEAN. No hard feelings though... I'd do the same.
