The equation between spot and share price has never been worse for PDN. Share = 42, Spot = 43.5
PDN is still severely underperforming relative to spot. Even in the last 2 years it has always traded at a multiple to spot, 2 X, 3 X etc
This clearly indicates that PDN is the cheapest stock in the world - I won't be selling at any price or at any time within the next 10 years. Price target raised to $17.50, given the astonishing run in the spot price.
