Why bag him out? As far as I'm aware, after PEN's share consolidation, the share price dropped significantly and still is below what it was pre-consolidation.
Now, either lots of investors in this company are bad at mathematics or it's just the nature of what occurs after consolidations. From what I've seen with consolidations, it's the latter.
Back to the topic. Hopefully Q4 2017 this share is worth $2.
