After reading everything I can get my hands on all I can say is this screams "opportunity" for the true beleivers if you can just see through the sensationalism being pedalled by the media.
I'm not saying no risk (re the reactor issues), but it is low risk, and this is demonstrated by how things have panned out in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami devestation. Yes they have some serious problems in Japan, but it will be contained and overcome IMO.
