I think Neil_WA might be dark on uranium, because they are not allowed to mine uranium in WA, and doesn’t look like they will anytime soon.

Geothermal is still many years away from having the technology to transmit over long distances with out too much loss. It works well if you are right next door, but forget it over long distances. There are also the seismic issues that go along with it too.

It will have to be a multi pronged solution, with predictions of huge shortfalls even with nuclear in the mix.
