I had anticipated that psychological 9.00 barrier will be tested a few times before it can penetrate and applies to any round number. Looking at a ST 1 hr chart, it does look like a retracement before continuing the up trend. It would be good but impossible to know if the buying lately is the result of more new buyers joining the register or simply more of the shorters covering.
