It was in Feb 2014 when Japan committed to nuclear and PEN went from 2.4 cents to 3.6 cents in a short period of time.
Everyone was predicting 4 cents and more around that time with SML issuance approaching. It was the "last chance to buy" according to some.
Today,10 months later, it is back to 2.3 cents.
Could we see a repeat of that share price action? A rise tomorrow, but will it just pull back once the enthusiasm dies down (and profit taking)?
I'll be more confident in a 3+ cent share price range (not just hitting it but staying there), once PEN is actually in production and generating money (which I'm guessing will be 3rd quarter 2015).
