My apologies Ghost1, you are correct, in part. Thor did transfer some uranium tenement rights to BTV in July 2005, and Thor listed on June 29, 2005. The consideration was not 7m shares however. This was for the Harts Range tenements, which had nothing to do with Thor. I think you will find that the rights transferred from thor to BTV back in July 2005, relate to areas which still do not have licenses for exploration, and to which Greg Durack refers in his response.
