You should read a bit deeper, because you are incorrect. That other stock signed an agreement in 2013 that it would not claim damages against the GoG, should it be prevented, in the future, from utilising the uranium it mined. The mining of REEs was not affected by that agreement.
I should imagine that EPM may well be be asked to sign the same type of agreement, if uranium is found among the REEs on the tenements away from that wretched pit.
