That sounds difficult if you dont have an offtake partner. Will the current green driven government permit it? I see trouble ahead What will EPM do and why havent you raised these concerns with the shareholders buying the tenement? This might be a bit of an ongoing concern if a "radioactive dam" needs to be built as shown in the first post in this thread you stated.
