That sounds great but Im not sure if hes representative of some of the most knowledgeable analytical and advisory companies on the topic and if these groups havent succeeded as often has hoped. How will this one chap outperform then on such topics?

EIAs have taken many years for recent applications. "Short term cashflow" is again very misleading to say if its many years away just for an approval. I have offered you this information before.
The truth is more important.
