We really need a basket price to work out if its viable. But absent that and mine life, extraction % and cost per kilo to extract we cant work out a lot besides taking note of what we see.
REEs are all over Greenland. Its covered in eudialyte which hosts REEs. But yet Im not aware of any eudialyte mines that have REE as a primary product.
So the problem isnt finding them in my opinion. Its making the numbers work out.
Theres lots of tenements in Greenland too if you check the registry. Im only aware of one who has its primary product intended as REEs. The rest are byproducts. A byproduct is good too because it helps a miner get enough cashflow to make an unviable project viable. If they can find a buyer etc. But its not the same as a dedicated set of numbers showing the primary product can stand alone in profit.
We can only wait to see with EPM. Carbonatite helps. Huge Cerium and low other REEs beside Eu perhaps for me is not.
