All TOE need to do now is pull something out of the ground and sell it! Boss market cap is like 770M, so if TOE makes a positive move we could be like 10x the current SP or am I thinking too simple.
As for the the imminent cap raise, I guess, you need money to run a business and this business does not owe any money right now.
We could issue more shares / dilute or owe some money either way there are costs and they need to paid somehow.
All TOE need to do now is pull something out of the ground and...
