If the uranium experts are recommending the PEN price of $1.60 share price.
This sounds quite reasonable, "when" PEN actually does list on the US markets.
With these "experts" talking up PEN, i can't see why not the share price rising to that area.
Maybe more hope that fact, more like fingers crossed.
