if the government has 59,000 million tonnes of the stuff...how many pounds is that? and how many years is that in supply if the average use worldwide is 10,000 million tonnes? or do i need to correct myself? but yeah they will always want some on the side for protection....in bombing and in electricity!! forgive me if im wrong.
