You may be right and it will take that long, or may not eventuate at all.
BUT with present demand, debate and fed push it's hard to know and (imo) could go thru quicker. I also think W.A will be first to start.
I've been watching RPT to get in but want it at lower level first (lol, typical - we all say that!). I'm waiting for drift back to around .039 - .041 but doesn't look like happening atm.
Anyway will just keep watching atm.
