wanty the directors would work very hard to get every last cent from a potential predator like Xstrata...but as towie said let's take it a day at a time and first of all see how big an orebody they have...
generally a takeover is priced at a substantial premium to the market price but this has been so volatile the value of this stock has not really been established, we are all feeling around in the dark which is why so many are sweating on the results. t4p seems quietly confident and I doubt McCrae could possibly be so stupid as to big mouth and then fail to deliver, but who knows.
if this is your first investment wanty you may have just won tatts, or you are about to learn a very hard lesson, either way you have chosen an interesting stock to buy into. Most stocks tend to be more mundane.
