Its the same storey since 2015.
Digging the soil creates dust. But its to be watered down during so. Its also the same soil as found in the general vicinity as it hasnt been processed yet so at that stage the dust is the similar as to whats naturally present.
Its then an acid leach process absent dust.
The waste is where the concern starts to arise. But it isnt dry. Its piped back underwater as a slurry to be stored. Again absent dust.
