Per the RMG ASX Announcements on 12/02/2007 and 13/03/2007 the Capital raising has already happened and is being approved at the General Meeting on 16/04/2007. Please see below.
Find below the Names and Shares that have been issued pursuant to Resolution #1. If you know the "Players" you should recognize the Pty Ltds and those "players" who are behind them. That should give you a clue as to where RMG may be headed. A hint, Blueknight Corporation Pty Ltd is controlled by Steinepreis.
I would assume that once the Share Placement is ratified on the 16th of this month we will ("Should") have an announcement as to what the New Resource Project will be.
JMHO the SP "Should" start moving after the GM or just before.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING- Notice is given that a General Meeting of Shareholders of RMG Limited (Company) will be held at Level 1, 33 Ord Street, West Perth, WA 6005 at 10.00am (Perth Time) on 16 April 2007.
AGENDA- BUSINESS EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
The Explanatory Statement which accompanies and forms part of this Notice, describes the ordinary and special business to be considered at the Meeting. The Explanatory
Statement is an important document and should be read carefully in full by all Shareholders.- Resolution 1 – Ratification of Allotment and Issue of Shares - Placement
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass, with or without amendment, the following resolution as an ordinary resolution:
- "That, for the purpose of Listing Rule 7.4 of the Listing Rules of the Australian Stock Exchange Limited and for all other purposes, the Company approves and ratifies the allotment and issue of 43,450,000 Shares at an issue price of 1.5 cents each to raise $651,750. The Shares were issued to parties who are not related parties of the Company and were introduced by Dalgety Capital Pty Ltd, a holder of a financial services licence, and via a prospectus dated 23 February 2007 and as listed in the Explanatory Statement and otherwise on the terms set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying this Notice.”
- Short Explanation: Approval is sought under Listing Rule 7.4 to allow the Company to ratify the issue and allotment of these securities. Please refer to the Explanatory Statement for details.
Voting Exclusion: The Company will disregard any votes cast on this resolution by a person who participated
in the issue and any associates of those persons.
Resolution 2 - Approval of Issue and Allotment of Shares – Placement of Shortfall
- To consider and, if thought fit, to pass with or without amendment, the following resolution
as an ordinary resolution:- “That, for the purposes of Listing Rule 7.1 of the Listing Rules of Australian Stock Exchange Limited and for all other purposes, approval is given for the Company to be authorised to issue and allot up to 40,000,000 Shares at an issue price of 1.5 cents each to raise up to $600,000. The Shares represent the shortfall, if any, from the Share Purchase Plan currently being undertaken by the Company and will be issued to parties introduced by Dalgety Capital Pty Ltd, a holder of a financial services licence, and who are not related parties of the Company and otherwise on the terms set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying this Notice.”
