Good point, what happened to SRE ?
BHP is in a unique position with its relationship with China.
So hear me out for a bit. This is all based on mathematics and not supposition.
The politburo is more concerned about internal Assets and not Trump.
Rather than target external Assets the S&P since 1982 has risen 60 times.
The Chinese have devalued the renimby after the NAFTA Accord.
So since 1994 they have maintained a false market in thier exchange rate.
They printed money which went into American Assets.
Yield on Chinese bonds are now 1.6% as apposed to the bazooka time period of October when it was lets say 2.25% pin the tail on the donkey...meh...so now they have a mantra which is policy enacted to push the Chinese society into stock valuations and property.
BHP have always maintained a good relationship with the Chinese bank manager as apposed to the Australian Government which has failed our Australian society by kicking the Chinese, our bank manager in the balls...BHP are very well aware of markets going forward and have much better number crunchers than the Aust Failed Government because of its socialistic policies.
Commodities is and has always been "currency".
Im still looking for a buy in price, i thought i would get it today with news out being the latest in Tarrifs for the market to be spooked, but it seems smarter money than the usual traders are buying into BHP.
I hope i can get it around the $39 mark but im not to sure anymore.
There is little to worry about with BHP.
Its a safe bet, but i would like to know more about the SRE...that could be an incredible bolt on with copper going forward.
We need to change our current Government for better & friendlier policies that pay our bills with the help from our big bank manager.
