yes it normally is by pure uranium miners/producers
for BHP its uranium has been produced as a by-product from their Olympic Dam mine and they were selling it into the spot market
I am hearing following approaches from nuclear utility fuel buyers that BHP have now agreed to sell their uranium by-product from Olympic Dam via long term contracts
