I think i have said time and time again that there is a lot of manipulation in this sector basically to create opportunity for the big players who missed out.

Even if the price drops by $3 or $10 the trend is still up. In the coming months there will be a lot of price fluctuations because a new U futures market has been set up. So you will not have steady rises like you had in the past few years. The market will get more liquid and that means prices will be quoted daily rather than weekly. This will create fluctuations.

There are a lot of ignorent players out there who thinks that a $3 drop is going to create havoc.

HOW CAN YOU CREATE U OUT OF THIN AIR is the question they fail to ask in this tight U environment.

I purely ignore all this guff and rubbish.

Don't forget that in Aug 2006 they were calling the end of BHP. The price was $24 then. Now the same mob is saying buy the stock at $37 right upto $40. Nothing fundamentally has happened to BHP that people didn't know last year.

This is how the market operates.
