I am probably leaning towards an approach similar to what you suggested. I was hoping there would be something in there about when they anticipate paying their first dividend but I think it may be around 12 months (mentioned it would take them 3 to 4 months to construct the share portfolio and quite a bit longer on the property side understandably). Would have to take a very long term view (which isnt really an issue for me) and wait for the properties to be developed. Will definitely keep an eye on it. Struggling to find much value in the current market!
