Urbanise to Integrate with Health Metrics’ eCase Software

Urbanise, integrated platform for the Strata, Commercial and Facility Management industries, is pleased to announce a new partnership with Health Metrics; a leading supplier of software to the Health & Social Care sectors. eCase is Health Metrics’ enterprise-strength solution.

eCase software is used across Residential Aged Care and Retirement Villages across Australia and New Zealand. Amongst other things, the software provides end-to-end management of the administrative and clinical requirements of care and support providers.

The partnership will provide Health Metrics’ clients with access to cutting-edge property and building management software. Urbanise will allow eCase customers the ability to manage their facilities, reactive work, cost management and to ensure they are compliant with planned work.

A resident or manager can take a photo of an issue (i.e. dirty carpet), and via AI technology, the Urbanise app can recognise the issue and automatically connect to the approved supplier with automated assignment via requests for quoting. You can also inform your community of any outstanding maintenance.
